Vitur Summit 2022 was a resounding success. The event, which took place during October 5, 6 and 7, 2022 at the Malaga Trade Fairs and Congress Centre, at the Costa del Sol – Spain, brought together some of the most important companies and experts in the sector, giving access to its attendees to a highest quality networking and business opportunities.

The event, however, did not have a single location. One of the novelties of last year’s event that exceeded the expectations of the attendees (and will do again at Vitur Summit 2023), was the Vitur Forum España, which was held at the Rectorate of the University of Malaga on October the 5th, and brought together several of the most important personalities of the sector to analyse its status and projection in Spain.

Another one of the highlights of the event was the Vitur Living Experience, which was twice as big compared to the prior year. It was a space that combined the highest level of design, with the latest technology available for vacation rentals, culminating in the apartment of the future.

From numerous meetings held around its tables to physical representations of what vacation rentals can offer the VLE proved itself to be not only practical, but also an amazing expositive stand.

But not all was strictly focused on business. The attendees got to explore and enjoy the unparalleled location that is Malaga in different events held during the three day of Vitur Summit 2022. Starting from the fantastic food and wine served, right next to the coast on the Welcome Reception, held in Restaurante Los Gutierrez, to the spectacular views and soothing music from up the Gibralfaro’s Castle, in a closing Gala Dinner. All the fringe events added to the main program proved that Vitur is not only a networking event, but an experience itself.

Vitur Summit 2022 was a resounding success. All the pieces connected together to generate an event which set clear objectives to move the industry to the next level. Now, with a new year starting, we ought to put our view in what the future holds.
